My latest love is DUKKA… an Egyptian blend of spices served with bread and olive oil.
I have become so addicted that I am now starting to make my own mix.
Ingredients
Nuts:
1/2 cup Roasted Pistachio
1/2 cup Roasted hazelnuts
Spices:
1/4 cup Roasted white sesame seeds
6 tablespoons Coriander
3 tablespoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon salt
pinch cayenne pepper
