The dangers of plastic tubing.

Gosh I didn’t realise that plastic tubing could be so dangerous…LOL!
It is a full-time job keeping myself (and my trusty IV) untangled and on the straight and narrow. Last night I almost cut through it with a knife, got it all tangled around my bedside table and almost shut it in a drawer.
Getting dressed and undressed is a real art in itself. My tubing and IV bottle all need to be threaded through the arm holes of my clothing and sometimes I end up looking and feeling like I am in a straitjacket.
When I am in bed I tuck the bumbag under the pillow on the side I am lying on, last night I went to turn over and transferred the bag to the other side and while doing so I must have brushed against TETB. He bounded out of bed (stark naked as the day he was born) screeching about there being a spider in the bed. When he woke up enough to realise it was just me doing my whole crocodile roll ritual he was quite relieved.
I am feeling ok today, I must admit to being a little apprehensive as it is my first day home alone after being in hospital…not a feeling I have had before….but so far so good.

Hahaha at TETB jumping out of bed. Made me actually laugh out loud.
It sounds like your tubing is turning into tentacles!
Hope you get better soon. (^.^)
