Wrong way round.

Many of you will remember me telling you all about TETB’s road trip to Townsville last year.
Well, it is that time again and TETB is busy planning his latest adventure. This time he is being accompanied by his best mate …lets call him Dean..(probably because that’s his name :P) Now the pair of them have been influenced by their two heroes Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman of Long Way Around fame but this pair seem to suffer greatly at the hands of Murphy, you know Murphy and his law of if something can go wrong it will?
If there is a wrong turn to take you can pretty much guarantee that this pair will choose it.
Thus I have christened this road trip The Wrong Way Round.
The intrepid pair are heading off on Thursday with their tents and rucksacks and their new water bladders strapped to their back. My guess is that they will book into a hotel at the first opportunity.
Stay safe boys, have fun and NO Charlie wheelies…or look out!

ha ha - and there I was thinking maybe they were going via Winton or maybe Melbourne.
Hope they have a fun trip & don’t get too far lost!
Hmmm…Charlie wheelies? Sounds like fun, but something I’d worry about. Yes?
It does sound fun! Wish I could just take off and do something like that. Two kids, a job, a house, a dog and a husband…it would take me months to plan!
