One of the cleverest ladies on the web, the fantastic Leigh from All for Women has very kindly awarded me the very new Community Blogger Award. This award was created by Cellobella at SultanaBlog.
Amazingly enough, the fabulous Tiff from Three Ring Circus also awarded me the very same award. Tiff has only recently found the Mad Goat Lady and has apparently fallen in love…how fantastic is that?
So now I have not one BUT two new, shiny Community Blogger Awards. 
It is my view that a blog is only as good as its community and at Mad Goat Lady we have a fantastic and supportive community that is growing all the time. I would like to acknowledge this community spirit by passing on the award to….
The girls at Twisted Sister….ever supportive and great sense of community.
Leeandaluu from Wit’s End….we have so much in common it just isn’t funny.
Rach from An English Mum…always ready with a witty comment and a giggle.
And lastly (but who could ever say least) the quite kooky Jo from Jo Beaufoix.

Next…the HILARIOUS HONEYBELL of The Bell Pages Blog has included me in her Desktop Meme….
Here are the very important rules…..
My Desktop Free View Instructions:
A. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun. You can do a screen capture by:
[1] Going to your desktop and pressing the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).
[2] Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V).
[3] If you wish, you can “edit” the image, before saving it.
B. Post the picture in your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop just below it if you want. You can explain why you preferred such look or why is it full of icons. Things like that.
C. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktop as well.
And here is a capture shot of my desktop..it is currently displaying a photo I took a few days ago as an afternoon storm approached. And all the icons..well who knows..I have a teenage son..so that says it all really LOL.
Next I am tagging the following fantastic blogs…would just love to have a peek at your desktops….please?
