Well if you didn’t need one before….

…..You certainly would have needed one after.
Yesterday I had to attend a medical appointment with Hubby. It was a four hour drive away, so to be honest I was exhausted before we even go there. We had never been to this hospital before so we had a bit of a tour of the city before we actually arrived at our destination…although I am not to sure if Hubby was aware of this as I was the navigator.
We finally found the hospital, more by good luck than good management I must say and then we had the task of finding somewhere to park the car. Eventually we found a park in an adjacent street and once I was out of the car and looked around me , it didn’t take me long to work out why nobody else had taken the park before us.
Seriously to get to the hospital from the car, we had to walk up the steepest hill I have ever seen in my life. By the time we reached the top I could barely speak and here was me thinking that I was becoming fitter from my daily exercise.
On our way out after the appointment, I noticed several people gasping for breath at the entrance to the hospital atop the hill.
I turned to one poor lady who was huffing and puffing and said, “Well if you didn’t need an ambulance before you arrived here you certainly will once you get there.
Maybe that’s the hospital’s plan.. have you clamber your way to the top of the hill and then have the doctors at the top waiting to revive you and then hand you the bill.

LOL you didnt happen to go the mater did you?? Right near where I was there were 2 massive hills while I was pregnant with Trinity, arghh silly hospital
