All I have to do is glance at a plant from fifty paces and I can pretty much guarantee that it will soon be dead.

Ginger Beef Curry
1kg beef chuck steak, cut into small strips or chunks
2 large onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons grated ginger
6 to 8 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup water
salt to taste
Combine onions, ginger, garlic, pepper and paprika in crockpot.
Coat beef strips with flour and add to crockpot.
